Hey! My name is Hans Hanley. I am a computer science researcher. I completed two Master’s degrees in Computer Science and Statistics at the University of Oxford, and my undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering at Princeton University. You can find out more about my work at hanshanley.com.

I have long been interested in computer science, statistics, and world events. This blog is an attempt to synthesize those interests. I write about my research, computational perspectives on social, political, and economic phenomena, and the occasional subject that simply refuses to leave my notebook.
